Garage managers gain real-time access to detailed information about any tests performed by a technician, providing key information needed to manage workload, coach and train technicians and approve referrals.
The Test Tracker System provides multiple screens to highlight everything from a snapshot of the last action performed by each technician, to a historical search based on a phone number or time period. The historical data includes all tests performed by techs and identifies results and causes of failure just as if you were working right beside the technician. The Test Tracker also enables test data for a selected time period, phone number of technician(s) to be exported into an Excel spreadsheet for comprehensive data analysis.
